Get started
Start with one module, not eleven
The fastest way to abandon a life management app is to configure all of it on a Sunday afternoon and never open it again. Here is the version that sticks.
Five steps
Create the account
Email and a password, or a provider sign-in. The free tier needs no card, and the optional data-use choices at signup all default to off.
Pick one module
Not all of them. Choose the part of the week that is actually causing trouble right now and set that up properly.
Log for a week
A module is only worth what you put in it. One week of honest logging is enough for the first trend lines to mean something.
Add the next one
Once the first module runs itself, add a second. This is the point where the cross-module view starts paying: two modules read together say more than either alone.
Read the weekly summary
Your companion reads across everything you have turned on and reports what changed. That is the habit worth keeping, more than any individual log.
Which module first?
Pick by what is annoying you, not by what looks most impressive.
Finance
Accounts, transactions, budgets, and spending analytics in one dashboard.
Health and workouts
Workouts, sets and reps, biometrics, and a history you can actually read.
Projects and planner
Kanban and list views, Gantt-style scheduling, dependencies, and a time-blocked day.
Habits
Frequencies, targets, streaks, and one checklist each morning.
What to expect
Free covers the essentials
The core of every module works on the free tier. Premium adds the AI coach, weekly insight stories, transaction auto-categorisation, and unlimited history.
Your data comes back out
Full account export and full account deletion are buttons in Settings, not support tickets. Try it before you commit if you want to.
It works on every device
Life Orchestrator runs in the browser and installs to your home screen or dock. One account, the same data everywhere.
